I received mine in perfect condition and love how neat and convenient it is. It holds a lot but I did not want to ‘stress’ it out too much because the bag will be heavy so I just put my laptop, stationery, chargers, portable scanner, iPad and mouse (and that is plenty?). I wish they came in darker colours like purple or burgundy other than black but the light pink is fine; just have to be careful not to get it dirty. The material is nice and soft and the zippers glide very easily. It’s worth the price!Great Buy very usefulThe strap skews.
