I purchased this bag for a recent conference as I wanted something I could take my smaller electronics with me and not have to worry about the bag being too big for a carry on item(this can happen on smaller connecting flights even with a small backpack).I haven't had the bag long enough to talk about any bleeding as other reviews have mentioned, so I can't comment on that. The bag held up great on a trip to a fairly humid area. The style looks great and I received a lot of comments on it from people. It's not a huge bag, but I would say if you really wanted to fill it, you could probably cram about 3 or 4 of the iPad Pro 12 inch models in the main compartment without it becoming too bulky.I will note that I also received this on a pretty deep Prime Day discount, so that also factored into my decision making. Overall, I'm very impressed with this bag and would buy another if I needed a replacement to carry a small amount of personal items. This is really beautiful. I got it on sale during Amazon Day, but it is easily worth twice what I paid for it. It's really nice. Something my husband can be proud to take to meetings. Smooth, soft leather. Durability remains to be seen, but it seems like it will do well with reasonable use.Couldn’t be happier!I've been using this for a coupla months. daily bike/train commute. Leather looks great, I have not had the issues with scratches others report.I really like the layout of the bag. The magnetic closures, front and back, find their seats with no attention. Interior pockets are conveniently sized (including expandable ones under the flap). And the bag's bottom is squared off so it sits upright.Exactly what I was looking for. It is leather, yet light weight. The bottom is wide enough to accommodate the things I need to carry. Inside zipper compartment and two pouches outside of main compartment that are perfect for glasses, pens, masks. Also love flat document pouch on the outside. This bag is very appealing, with its grain leather. They should have made a small durable strap to hold in hand, when you don’t want to wear it over the shoulder.I like it seems to be made very well.My husband bought this for me and I absolutely love it. I desperately needed a replacement for my timbuk2 messenger bag, which is unwieldy, uncomfortable, ugly, and always ruins my clothiers because I am a klutz and the velcro snags me all the time. When I first saw the picture of this bag online I was worried about a few things: I thought that it would look too masculine, I wanted an over-the-shoulder bag with two straps and I thought this would be uncomfortable to carry around all day, and I was worried about that it wouldn't carry everything I needed. I was wrong about all of these. The bag is gorgeous and definitely not too masculine for my personal tastes. I have already received several compliments on the way it looks. As a friend noted, "its classic". The bag is a deep brown (much darker than in the picture), the leather is very soft and nicely distressed, and overall it has beautiful clean lines. The strap is very sturdy and wraps around the bottom (under the leather) so the weight is distributed evenly. The strap adjusts and I have it hanging more at purse level rather than carrying across my body like a messenger bag, which is more comfortable for me and I imagine more comfortable for some other women too.I am a grad student and a teacher so I usually need to drag enough stuff around with me to get through a day of teaching and taking classes. This bag comfortably fits my 13" laptop, a large notebook, some folders, my phone, my wallet, a rather large pencil box, my makeup bag, my iPod and headphones, a water bottle, a snack, a kindle, my glasses case, a change purse, two smaller note pads, and some other random small things. For what I need, it is absolutely perfect. That being said, it has a few minor drawbacks- Maybe I am just an idiot, but with all the stuff I put in there, I find that getting the snaps to line up takes a few extra seconds. I have to actually line them up before they click in place. Once they are in place they will hold all day, but I have to make sure I have everything in my bag stacked in a particular way then line the snaps up by hand. They magnets don't catch each other on their own.- There are some great pockets and slots on the inside, but I wish there was at least one more pocket that had a zipper. The only pocket with a zipper is the largest pocket that lines the inner wall of the bag. You could easily fit some folders in there but its impractical for change, my headphones, or any of the other smaller things that I want to be able to locate easily. I have to carry these things in a small bag or other container, which actually has worked really well because everything is organized, but I still would like to have a place for change instead of carrying around a change purse.-The bag does not have a lot of inner structure. If I put it on the floor without my computer or a notebook to hold it up, it will sag and flop over. I usually hang it up so it has not been an issue, but I can see how it might be a problem if someone is looking for something more along the lines of a tote bag.Like I said, these are minor issues to me. The quality of the interior, exterior, strap, stitching, etc. are very high and I imagine I will have this for many years to come. I would highly recommend this.First of all, the leather looks good enough. It's your typical supple and smooth leather and should be treated accordingly. A tan/cognac color one will show every scratch, but that's the way it is.As far as I'm concerned, the only thing I disliked so far is that it seems that either these bags were products previously purchased but returned, or are factory seconds : Mine came with a small darkened hole (maybe an insect chew it, or it was burned or something) and some rough scratch that stripped away a small layer of leather. There is some slight imperfections around the edges and the stiches seems botched at two spots, but these are really hard to see. I mean, considering the price, this isn't bad, but if they really are factory seconds, it should be mentionned. Now, as other people have pointed it already, there is some slight bleeding if the leather is damp or wet, and there might be some bleeding against white items when dry. To correct this issue, you might want to waterproof it slightly as the leather itself isn't sealed, or you might take a drastic approach and never use it when it rains or snows. As for the bag itself, it does what it's supposed to do. The shoulder strap is sturdy enough, but I honestly wouldn't carry the bag using the handle, unless it's empty or filled with something light: It doesn't seem to be secured properly, so you'll end up ripping the bag if you carry it using the handle while it's heavy. As for the main compartment, there is nothing to write home about. It will carry a tablet or a ream of paper with ease, or anything in-between. One of the front compartments has a pocket for your phone (my LG G6 fits right in, but it will have some issues carrying anything larger) and there is some for your pens too. Classic and useful, but don't expect it to be more organized than that. If you're like me and like to keep your things simple and tend to bring the bare minimum with you, then it will be great. If you carry a lot of stuff, then the bag might be a tad barebone for your tastes.Concerning the front panel magnetic opening "system" : It does work well, but it doesn't seem it would last unless you take good care of it. It will probably be preferable to open it near the magnet to decrease the strength used.On peut rentrer un gros porte-document, quelques petits trucs. À éviter si vous avez un ordinateur portable, plusieurs dossiers, et que vous planifiez d'utiliser les poches d'en avant pour d'autres items. Vous allez bourrer le sac. Je l'aimais jusqu'au moment, moins d'un mois après, le derrière du sac se désagrégeait. Les photos parlent d'elle-même. Dommage car le look est très réussi. The quality of material and craftsmanship is quite good. I read a lot of reviews for other bags that complained about the dye from the leather rubbing off onto clothing. I don't think there is any such concern with this product. The layout of the bag is simple and functional but the bag is not designed to carry a lot. If you have a large laptop and want to carry your lunch or other daily items its not likely big enough. also it doesn't provide much padding to protect a laptop. I just carry surface pro, note book, wallet, phone, business cards, eye glasses, couple power cables and some pens. It works perfect for me.Got this bag for almost a year now. I really enjoyed it. It's good looking. Made of pretty good leather considering the price. It's easy to carry. The only problem are the snaps of the top cover. One of them broke already. It is attached to the internal materials rather to the leather itself. If you consider buying this bag, make sure not to overload it or this may append to you.In my situation. I need the saps to work because I don’t want my things to slip off during my daily train transit to the job. I don’t find any easy way to fix it, so I will need to purchase another bag. If knew it before, I would rather have purchased a more solid bag the first time.El terminado de la piel es muy bueno, lo único es que es básicamente un solo compartimento donde tienes que guardar la lap top y accesorios, los broches son con imanes por lo que se puede abrir muy rápido pero eso también puede ser un problema si no eres cuidadoso
