This is a large lap desk. So large, in fact, it doesn't even touch my lap. It rests on the arms of my recliner and is absolutely perfect for my use case. My gaming laptop can be on one side while I do my homework on the other, and, when I game, my entire mousepad fits. Not to mention, it spreads out heat surprisingly well. Never have I had an issue with my legs getting overheated, even after hours of sitting in the recliner. Easily worth the money spent, highly recommend.Just a piece of plywood cut out with a jigsaw. I wish the edges were finished better. It hurts to rest your hand on it. The shape is great. The size is perfect for me. I have a very large recliner and it fits perfectly. I need to use a pillow under it or it uncomfortable. The straps are OK but not necessary. The finish is boring. Did I mention the edges? GrinI use this to sit in a chair and work on computer or with books. The kidney bean shape makes it fit around the body to work easily on what ever I'm doing. The straps are great to keep pens, colors, etc from rolling off the board. My 8 year old grandson has used it to do homework. Smooth finish, doesn't need sanding,I recommend this board.I have mobility issues, so the board I have across the arms of my chair is the perfect desk for my laptop computer. I lift it to the ottoman in front of me when not in use. My old board was too heavy, so when part of it split, I searched for another. I'm so glad I found the 32" Portable Curved Shape Light Wood Lap Desk by Trademark Innovations. It's exactly what I needed and better than expected.I love this lightweight piece of plywood. I had to sand it (steel wool) softer to enjoy it fully. The straps of elastic are well-secured and sturdy…and are capable of holding a paper or a full folder easily, even when I am clumsy. I still don’t trust coffee on it only because of my clumsiness.Exactly the right thing for a person living in small quarters without a dining/writing table. This board fits across the arms of my chair and I use it for all my bill-paying and written notes and correspondence.It's maybe 1/4 inch thick the black straps allow you to keep most things study. I put a board under it and placed cut-to-size hand towel rolls on the board while in my recliner that fitted into my cup holders to help keep it from being too front-heavy while using my wireless keyboard. To type messages and play games while in my recliner.I've had a lap board this same size for several years, but it was made of particle board and was rough on the bottom side--plus the top side was bubbled in places, so I wanted to get a new one. This one is much sturdier and is smooth on both sides. I like that it's large enough to have room for my mouse next to my laptop computer. I'm very happy with it.Great innovation and so simple. Good sizeI use this for gaming and general computer work. It fits my wide keyboard, a mouse-pad and my mouse--no problem. I get to lounge on the sofa with this on my lap while I have my pc hooked to my TV. Very convenient but not the greatest looking. Would have been perfect with an extractable cushion at the base.I love this desk. It's the perfect size for use with a laptop, crafts, beading and a great TV table for dinner.Lightweight, comfortable, and sturdy, it is an all round lap table.Well made, bu too large for a lap boardJust a piece of wood, no padding underneath.
